Senior Men’s Coach – Tommy Hunter
Welcome back to Tommy Hunter, who has signed back on as Senior Men’s Coach for 2023. Tommy and the team have unfinished business in 2023 and have their sights set on a premiership. We welcome Tommy back for a third season and players across all teams will be rejoicing that he’s back on board. He’ll also be providing guidance to our women’s team and the Brunswick Junior Football Club. We’re looking forward to having his assistance and guidance across all teams and clubs and his ongoing commitment to our One Club values.
Reserves Men’s Coach – Ben Daly
Welcome back to Ben Daly as our Men’s Reserves Coach for 2023. Ben lead the team to a premiership this season and is looking to go back-to-back next season. He’s on the training track already and it’s looking like he’ll be pulling the boots back on – hopefully taking out leading goal kicker for a second year in a row! We’re all behind you Ben and hopeful for a very big 2023.
Senior Women’s Coach – Sasha Dougherty
Welcome to Sasha Dougherty as our Women’s Senior Coach for 2023 and beyond! Sasha joined the Renegades back in 2017 as a player and in 2022 was a playing assistant coach. She’s also previously coached girls rep footy, and youth girls. And, you can find her on lending her expertise on Chicks Talking Footy or commentating NAB league or VFLW. Welcome Sasha, we’re looking forward to 2023 with you taking charge!
Reserves Women’s Coach – Loz Hagan
Welcome to Loz Hagan, our Women’s Reserves Coach for 2023 and beyond! Loz started playing with the Renegades in 2017 and played for 3 seasons before having a gap year at Eden Whalers and then returning to us in 2022. Loz brings a strong footy brain and a passion for fitness and skills. Coaching runs in the family with Loz’s Dad having been the very successful NRL Newcastle Knights coach.
