Message from the President

The 2023 season has kicked off with a bang! We’ve already had two Club functions, named our superstar leadership teams, and locked in some great Club programs for later in the season. Plus, our U19s team is back in action and our women’s team is looking fabulous kitted out in their Club purple and white jumpers.

The Committee has worked hard to secure sponsors for the season and we are excited to continue building partnership and relationships with local businesses. Our membership pack has been revamped with a reusable stainless steel Brunswick cup, a tote, and a ticket to the 2023 Reverse Raffle – you can make money off this membership! We even launched pet memberships last weekend – which includes a Club bandana and your pet’s photo displayed in the rooms! And, we have our Coterie memberships for both city and country memberships – this year’s Coterie lunch is scheduled for Saturday 20th May; if last year’s lunch is anything to go by, it’s an event not to be missed!

Speaking of events, we are back at Estonian House this year for our Trivia Night. We’ve been itching to get back to trivia and we’re ready to make it an epic night of fundraising, laughter, and showing off our random knowledge skills. We are also launching a refreshed merchandise range, which includes beanies, scarves, stubby holders and polo shirts. Stay tuned for when these drop!

But let’s not forget the most important part – the footy! Our players are in the best hands possible with Sash, Loz, Tommy, Ben and Andrew. And I’m really looking forward to taking in as many games as possible this season – I hope you are too!
