Arriving at their first hit out for 2019 the Renegades Reserves took to perhaps the skinniest ground in the league in cracking conditions.

It took some time to get settled with Canterbury putting on 2 quick goals in the first quarter before the Renegades Ressies got in to their groove.

Caitlin was absolutely everywhere and Tanya looked like a seasoned pro in defence.

Despite what the scoreboard showed the Renegades held the majority of the play for the following 3 quarters. Ruby and Captain LJ were in and under all day whilst at full back Jane relished the opportunity to utilise the new rule changes to her advantage.

All new players were thoroughly enjoying their first hit out and did themselves and the Renegade guernesy proud keeping Canterbury goalless from the quarter time for the remainder of the game.
